This is so surreal. I mean, I knew it was going to happen eventually, but it seems like it's happening to somebody else, you know?

Yay! Is the Canadian release date the same as the American, or earlier? I'm five minutes from the flagship store of McNally Robinson (http://www.mcnallyrobinson.com/about), and will pester them on your behalf. They love to promote Canadian authors, and have a significant childrens/YA section and fantasy section.

In that case, it looks like their Toronto opening is right around the same time as Knife's release...
