Not for any particular deep reason, except for me to have a record of them in case I need them in a fic...
SYDNEY: Was Freelancer up until middle of S2, now Mountaineer (I do not get the significance of either of these, personally)
VAUGHN: Boy Scout (*rolls eyes*)
WEISS: Retriever (so. perfect.)
JACK: Watchtower (ditto)
We now return you to your regular programming.
Oh, and HP? I haven't forgotten about it. Not entirely, anyway. Still waiting for the word from

Sydney's call sign
Date: 2004-02-19 07:56 am (UTC)Why they changed it to Mountaineer mid-season, I don't know. Probably they had a meeting where they said, "Hey, this call sign doesn't make sense any more. We'll call you something else." Maybe the mountaineer part comes from her climb up Mt. Whatever in Italy to prove she wasn't the Chosen One?

Date: 2004-02-19 10:59 am (UTC)I don't know Dixon's, alas. I don't think we've heard of his CIA call sign yet; and I forget his SD-6 one, though it shouldn't be hard to find it.

Date: 2004-02-20 01:52 pm (UTC)Boyscout: I actually that's very fitting, particularly because of the "boy" part. I'm of Jack's opinion when it comes to Vaughn. I think Vaughn never grew past his father's death. He probably still dreams of saving his father in an act of heroism or something. Emotionally, Vaughn is not very mature, imo.
Retriever and Watchtower: what you see is what you get, and then some, because these two surprises with Alice in Wonderland books and take-out chinese. In a crazy game of chess, they'd protect Queen Syd, and they do.
