Anyone want to interview me? Five questions, leave 'em in the comments. And then I'll try and think of some interview questions for you to answer in return, if you like.
Let's see. . .I don't know you, so forgive me if I misstep and cause an unintentional slight.
1.) Your children are very important to you. What would you have done to fill the (presumed) gap in your life if you'd been unable, for whatever reason, to bear children? How would it be different?
2.) Barring your immediate family, who was the most important person to you in your childhood? Why?
3.) What differences do you find between the processes of writing fan fiction and original fiction? Is one easier than the other? Why?
4.) If you could change one choice you've made in your life, what would it be?
OK, here are your questions (now that I've gone and looked at your LJ profile for inspiration):
1. You list archery as one of your interests -- are you an archer, and if so, how did you get into it and what kind of bow(s) do you use? 2. What is your favorite Patricia C. Wrede novel and why? 3. What are your predictions (or perhaps just hopes, or fears) for what will happen in HP5? 4. If you had to name just one thing that you are sick and tired of hearing about and wish would just go away, what would it be? 5. Is there a story behind the icon you used for this post?
1. You have just travelled to an alternate universe where JKR has written the manuscripts for the first four books but not yet published them; you are her only reader. She says to you, her trusted confidante and advisor, "I'm going to cut a character out. Which one should I get rid of, Sirius or Severus?" You can't talk her into keeping both. Which one do you beg her to keep and why?
2. What was your first fandom, and how did you participate in it?
3. Who is your favorite artist and why?
4. What published author do you wish you could write like? Which one do you think you do write most like?
5. If you could only make one recipe for the rest of your life, what would it be?
1) Who is your favorite Bible character and why? (besides Jesus) 2) How did you become a Christian? 3) You have "Fanny Price" listed as an interest; why do you like her? (I don't care for Mansfield Park very much myself so I'm curious) 4) What does your husband think of your online marauding?
and the one we're all burning to know... 5) What is the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow?
Nope, no duplication. Working... will let you know when I'm done. Thanks! Here are your questions:
1. How and when did you become a Christian? 2. You said in your Killer Meme replies that your greatest fear is disappointing God. Do you think you could, and if so, how? 3. How did you discover the Mary Russell books and what do you like best about them? 4. Who is your biggest literary crush (if you have one)? 5. If you could bring back one cancelled TV show (or, if you prefer, one out-of-print book), what would it be?

2. Okay, you have a time machine. You can travel to any period in the past or future and come back safely. Where do you go?
3. Would the answer to #2 be different if the trip was one-way?
4. What's the most useful thing you ever learned as a writer?
5. The Earth is going to blow up tomorrow. You can preserve one book, one painting or sculpture and one piece of music. What would they be?
