ETA: Non-LJ users, please feel free to leave your questions in the Comments section, either anonymously or not, as it pleases you. I'll be posting the questions and answers for everyone to see at the end anyway...

In the sense of the song "What if God was one of us, just a slob like one of us, just a stranger on the bus, trying to make his way home." (Sung by Martyn Joseph, but not written by him)

Could you elaborate on what you mean by that (both the question and your comment)? I'm a bit confused as to what you're looking for. The original question seemed straightforward enough, but now the song lyrics have muddied the waters a bit for me...

The song describes Jesus as being someone incredibly ordinary, the stranger on the bus that you see every day on the way to work, and you don't notice much. Someone who isn't apparently intrinsically special. And then realising that this isn't just 'as much as you did for one of these little ones you did for me' but that this really is Jesus himself.

Naturally...

...LJ won't let me, a non-member, either view or participate in the poll.

Not that I couldn't just IM you and ask you anything I wanted to, anyway. But I would kind of have liked to see the results.

Yet another piece of evidence for my theory that LJ is evil... ;)

Oh, really? I didn't know it would do that. Well, why not just post your questions here in the Comments section? The questions and answers will be in a message everyone can see at the end anyway...

I'm going to just start off with a Big One.

I know that you take your religion very seriously. What do you think of people of other religions, or agnostics, or atheists?

I'm really sorry if this is an offensive sort of thing to ask, as it's really not a thing one brings up in casual conversation. But I'm really curious, and you said any question. If you do take offensive, notify me so that I can apologize profusely.

I'm not in the least offended; it's an excellent question, and I will do my best to answer it in 1,000 words or less. :) When I get the chance, that is. Thanks!

Was torn between a 'serious' question and a silly one...the silly one wouldn't fit in the box...It was gonna be 'Have you ever considered making a mini-me style clone to answer feedback/fanmail?'

Hee. But why should my clone have all the fun? I love responding to feedback!* :)

*Though admittedly, I don't do it very often on FictionAlley and SQ, but that's because I can't make individual responses there. I respond to e-mails, though, and LJ feedback, and reviews, and sometimes if a review on FA or SQ or FF.net is especially outstanding I take the extra few minutes to track down the person's e-mail and tell them how much I appreciated it...
