In certain sectors of Doctor Who fandom there is a crack-brained theory with which I happen to agree completely that Lucy Saxon is in fact Romana. In which case, seeing as she is now the sole hope for rebuilding the Gallifreyan race, I expect the Doctor will be forced to fight the Master for her hand. I mean, Martha is smashing and all, but imagine the horrific potential of New Gallifrey being populated entirely by Master/Romana-generated Time Tots. IT MUST BE PREVENTED.

But anyway, all this cracktastic theorizing has made me decide that what the fandom really needs is an awesomely bad vid of the Doctor, the Master, and Lucy a.k.a. Romana, set to Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney's "The Girl is Mine".

And on a more serious note, on my way to the SCBWI conference I figured out the plot of HP Book 7, or at least the most important bits Snape parts. I'm not kidding, either: I think I really did, in much the same way I figured out that Snape would *mumble Mumbledore* two days before Book 6 came out. But I'll save the details for a later post.

Besides, since I'm avoiding spoilers, I'm drinking up speculation left and right. TLC's predictions quizzes haven't helped any. But man, some of their questions make no sense whatsoever. Who thought them up, anyway? One example was "Will the phrase 'Never tickle a sleeping dragon' have anything to do with Draco?" Huh? I doubt that will come up in DH, but what an odd question for a predictions quiz!
