rj_andersonAfter spending six and a half hours on the road Saturday, I have a new rule of thumb when it comes to writing conferences: if the time it takes to drive there and back is equal to or longer than the time you will spend at the actual conference, don't bother.
That being said, I took crazy detailed notes of the first two talks at the SCBWI conference and got permission from the speakers to share them, so I hope to type them up for the benefit of my fellow writers soon.
