You inspired me to look for a clip and I found Jennifer Holiday performing And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sq4uc9b2s1o) at the 1982 Tony Awards. As far as I know, this was only broadcast once in 1982. While the video quality is poor, I'm glad I got to see it.
