...is to get at least one other person to add saffron cake to their Interests list. And mean it. Don't do it if you don't know what it is or don't sincerely like it. But my mother's family surely can't be the only Cornish expatriates to whom this stuff is ambrosia?

I don't know what it is...but it looks good, if that's what your icon shows...got recipe? hmmm...I'll bet I couldn't leave out the sugar tho, huh? ^-^

Duh. Just clicked on the link and saw the recipe...goodness...I think a serving of that would do me for fat and sugar for at least a week...but it sure sounds delish!
