I have died, after all. Of ecstasy. Because sannalim's home-made cinnamon rolls just arrived by FedEx, and I have just taken my first bite.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Mmmmmmmmmmm. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I am about a million miles out of the Zone right now. I would have to eat, like, a whole cow to get back in it. But you know what? I. don't. care. Because these rolls are absolutely amazing. My only hope right now is to find a lot of friends who love cinnamon rolls to come and save me from myself before I eat the whole dozen.

Thought about it, but knew I wouldn't have any time to make them. Sorry. Perhaps we can have an SQUTAH gathering when I am home next month (sometime between the 9th and the 13th) and I can make some for the group then?

Probably the real vanilla extract in the glaze--that's some 20 or 30 percent ethanol. Or the fancy Vietnamese Cassia cinnamon in the filling. Or maybe just all the sugar :)

If RJ puts some of them in the freezer and they manage to survive until you get there, they won't be too horrid.

Actually, I am freezing half a dozen of them, so we can all enjoy them when you get here. sannalim says they freeze pretty well, so you won't miss out...
