Mm... could go either way, based on the book as far as I read it. 'Touching Indigo' most excellently suggests moody teen drama, but if we're going for harder sci-fi 'Ultraviolet' def. has more zip.
That said, I'm waiting on the cover art -- that's what's going to make-or-break it, I think. Specifically, it will very much need to not have Mila Jovovich and/or nonsensical shiny things on it (http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1945473536/tt0370032). :) (Although frankly, if you cut it down to 'doesn't have anyone with that anatomy on it' I would not be upset.)
