...of the kinds of revisions I actually ended up making to TPMA, the OotP-related stuff was actually the least of it. Doing this gave me the chance to fix a couple of continuity errors, some wobbly characterization, and overwritten passages that had been bothering me even before Book 5 came out.
So the keen-eyed reader will now observe that:
The two Death Eaters who raided the Moodys' house are now unnamed, thanks to
angie_v12 having pointed out to me ages ago that Rosier and Wilkes were both killed the year before Voldemort's fall.
I've elaborated a bit on the reason why the DE's took Malcolm Moody, and in the process added a more direct connection to the Snapelets WiP.
The cameo by the Trio now features Angry!Harry.
Fred and George's conversation in the library now begins with an allusion to Skiving Snackboxes.
No more SecretlySensitive!Snape (or rather, as he was, not-so-secretly sensitive). He is considerably less gentle and soft-spoken with both the child and adult Maud, and less inclined to explain or justify himself.
Maud's characterization has been evened out -- she was far too brash at times, in the first chapter particularly, compared with her portrayal in PR and IWS.
Mad-Eye now makes reference to his work with the Order, and also indicates that he knows Snape has been working for the Order as well (though he still doesn't trust him).
I'm still not completely happy with the story in the light of OotP -- I'd need to do a lot more actual rewriting and reimagining of scenes for that -- but at least I've fixed all the obvious discrepancies. Or at least I hope I have.
