Amen on all those points. This was definitely one of their best episodes. I noticed the big "McGill" too and thoroughly approved. :) I'm glad Chase got worried about being caught: it's going to happen at some point, what with their habit of breaking into people's homes.
I was dreading the usual (embarrassing) display of "fake flashy Christianity" and was pleasantly surprised that they handled it well. I loved the final dialogue between Wilson and House.
I used to solidly maintain that the episode where Cameron slept with Chase was a piece of bad OOC fanfic that unfortunately made it to the screen, so I mentally erased it from canon. Wilson's tendency to address pain/weakness by adding sex/comfort to the mix might have some bearing on understanding Cameron's behavior, though.
I haven't finished reading your Housefic yet (I've just read Part 1), but the idea of Wilson/Cameron has definite appeal. Way more than House/Cameron, IMO.
