I like it so far. You've written House and Wilson very well -- I can really imagine them having that conversation on the show. And Cameron is much better than she is on the show! You've taken away a lot of her 'insecurityness', for want of a better word. I get the feeling that on the show she's constantly looking for House's approval and doesn't believe in her own abilities (and much as I love her, that does get annoying) but you've got rid of that and made her a much more fun character, yet at the same time not taking away anything that makes Cameron, Cameron.
