Nicely done! The dialogue is snappy, the medical mystery interesting and believable, and the characterization is generally good.
For the snark award, I particularly liked the marker chucked at Chase's head, and the "five letter word meaning useless Aussie slacker" line. I can totally see that on the tv screen in my head.
On a more serious note, I like the Cameron you've written -- she's still Cam, but I get the sense that she's a little more at home in herself, has gained a greater degree of self-understanding. And thank you for approaching House's perspective as more of a subtle shift in his view of Cameron. He's still cranky, and still very much aware of her flaws and failings. I think I'm going to enjoy watching this develop.
