I shall join House in being grudgingly impressed. Actually, not so grudgingly, considering how much I enjoyed the results; but inquiring minds want to know how you did the medical research.
The House-Wilson scene really captured my attention (those are my favorite bits of the show) and I thought that would be the best of it, but I was wrong. I've seen a lot of complaints on my flist and elsewhere that Cameron has been all over the map lately on the show, but this is clearly not true, because you seem to have her current persona pegged exactly. Just one niggle, and that's that the use of the word 'obviously' near the end of the first paragraph gave my suspension of disbelief a good hard kick in the kneecap. But except for that I liked it muchly, and I'm eager to read more. :)
