The first finished hardcover copies of Faery Rebels: Spell Hunter just arrived via courier -- and they look wonderful!
So exciting to hold my first book in my hands, and feel the weight of it, and take off the jacket to see the beautiful spring green binding with purple text, and look at the back copy with four wonderful blurbs from Melissa Marr, Megan Whalen Turner, Sarah Prineas and Patricia C. Wrede...
And yes, of course I experienced a similar glee in December when I got my first finished UK paperback editions in all their shiny glory, but there's something extra-special about hardcover, somehow...
