I think you've misunderstood what I said above, or I said it wrong; I don't change work once it's published/posted, but I certainly do change work while I'm still in the editing/betaing stage, and change my mind about what to do with a work in progress. I just draw a line at the point of publishing, b/c otherwise, I'd always be editing my old stuff never moving on to doing newer (and hopefully better) work. Not that it matters, but I thought I'd clarify.
