Quick, Doctor Who fans, what's wrong with this picture?

(And no, it's not that the Doctor isn't wearing a hat and/or a visibly quirky costume, although I am sure there have been any number of fannish meltdowns over this since the first promo pics of the new series were released... I really can't get worked up about it myself, though.)

Maybe the Daleks couldn't hack it as super-evil villains and had to take up a day job.
