Mea Culpa
It has come to my attention that many good people deplore the practice of exporting one's Twitter updates to LiveJournal. I can see the justice of this, and shall desist forthwith.
And I will try to have some new actual LJ content soon. Today should be my last day of revisions on Wayfarer, Lord willing! Or at least, until my editor gets back to me with the next round of changes...

You should totally do what YOU want with your LJ. Um...you should, and that's obvious to me now. It doesn't mean everyone has to do the same or would be inclined to. But it's your space to use as you see fit.
*kicks self*
Sorry... :(

Anyway! When I was speaking on M's blog, I was talking more about people who have crazy-long lists of tweets. I'm not kidding when I say one person's took up half of one page on my f-list... Hehe... Which totally doesn't apply to you. FWIW.

Hope you're feeling better, too.

But the random tweeting does tend to feel a little impersonal, or at least directed to persons who rather pointedly aren't the majority of the readers. Which I can see being a little awkward on a community-based blogsite.

I sure wouldn't want you to think that I was in any way passing judgment on those who choose to import Twitter into their blogs!!! I was just wondering how I, as a reader, might respond to the tweets themselves. If you felt criticized by my questions, I am truly and deeply sorry, and I apologize.

Good luck on that revision!

I have honestly NEVER read anything on your blog that offended me, Melodye. If you ever did say anything mean or hypercritical I would probably keel over from sheer surprise. :)

Sorry, but I'm going to be unequivocally happy about this, and in no way guilty, because I didn't mention tweets at all. But they got pretty confusing when it was obvious that they were showing one half of a conversation, to which we were not privy to the other half.

Good luck with the revisions! I can't wait to hear how they go.

I only commented in response to someone else's comment on a completely different post elsewhere (where they were asking for general opinions on Twitter - so it went off-topic somewhat!). Hehe... But you know what? I should've just stayed out of it in the first place. :)
