Hooray for apoliticism! (Relatively few of the Christians I know here on the West Coast hold that view-- a couple of well-regarded Bible teachers do, but it hasn't carried over into the rank-and-file all that much.)

Also, since some time ago you mentioned that Prof. Glock spoke at your church's camp this summer: A few weeks ago I heard him at a seminar here in the Seattle area (his topic was ecclesiology). For whatever it's worth, my impression of him so far is that he's better in discussing the practicalities of church life than he is in taking positions on issues; but perhaps I'm giving away too many of my own biases there.... :-)
